I’m Domino Panton-Oakley and I am an Art Curator, Artist Mentor, Guest Speaker and a Programme and Gallery Manager. I have over 10 years experience in the arts and events industry and I am here to pass on my knowlegde.
Art Curator
I have extensive art exhibition experience, curating open call, solo and group shows in white cube galleries, offices, empty shop units, hotels and other pop-up and unconventional spaces.
Admin Assistant
I provide tailored administrative and research support for artists, including sourcing exhibition opportunities, managing applications and deadlines, managing the tasks that help your artistic practice thrive.
Artist Mentor
I am passionate about sharing my visual arts knowledge. I offer honest, down-to-earth advice without the jargon. I enjoy helping artists move from making art privately to putting themselves out there professionally.
Who am I and why should you care?
I am an art event, and exhibition planning expert who is passionate about celebrating artists and helping them succeed and thrive. I have years of experience in curating a variety of exhibitions and events in a range of venues all across the UK. I am here to offer my services to pass on my knowledge as a mentor, a guest speaker, a judge or as a consultant.
I have been featured on BBC radio, Manchester Confidential and Manchester Wire. I was the project manager of OUR TURN, Bradford’s first visual arts festival, and I have converted 17,000 sq foot emtpy spaces into art galleries.
Currently Programme and Gallery Manager at South Square Centre, I organise and curate all the exhibitions and events.

- Organised art fairs with 70 traders and over 700 visitors

- Currently programme and gallery manager at South Square Centre
- Project managed OUR TURN festival, Bradford first visual arts festival as part of Bradford City of Culture
